- I am a student of Biological Sciences at the Federal University of Minas Gerais - Brazil - interested in Astrobiology and related fields. I study the proteins of the extremophile fungus Cryomices antarcticus with the objective of isolating those responsible for its adaptation to the most diverse environments of the Earth. Isolating these proteins helps us understand how life can adapt to hostile environments outside our planet. I am also interested in the study of microorganisms from ferruginous caves and methanogenic bacteria. I am also a philosopher and professor of Logic and Philosophy. As an educator, I dedicate myself to the dissemination of Science among high school students and ordinary people.
